April 23^rd, 2011, CNAIS held its annual council in HNC Grand Hotel, Haikou. Ryoji Furukawa, Deputy Chairman of CNAIS, Wang Zhengyi, Director of CNAIS, Guan Guihai and Xu Gang, Trustees of CNAIS, attended the council; Guan Guaihai presided over the meeting.

　　Trustees discussed and adopted Shigeyoshi Yamada becoming the Trustee of CNAIS and clarified the appointment system of the center. Director Wang Zhengyi reported the academic summary of 2010 and the academic plan for 2011. Trustee Guan Guihai interpreted the final account of 2010 and the draft budget of 2011.

　　After the council, trustees visited tour program in Haikou and Guoxing middle school, a characteristic school of minorities. Trustees also met with Chi Fulin, president of the China Institute for Reform and Development. 

　　Trustees visited GuoxingMiddle School.

　　Mr.Furukawa showed his calligraphy on spot.
