Feb. 16, 2012, trustee of CNAIS, HUANG Zhijian attended the U.S.-China High Level Agricultural Symposium and gave a lecture. This symposium was held in Des Moines, Iowa, the United States, Chinese Vice President Xi Jinping who was visiting the U.S. then addressed the symposium, and Chinese Minister of Agriculture, Han Changfu and US Secretary of Agriculture, Tom Vilsack co-presided over the meeting.
